身体一直在说话

当身体说「不」

Many people arrive at my meditation classes believing that "becoming still" requires effort — forcing yourself to stop thinking, controlling your breath, doing something "right." But true stillness is a releasing, not an achieving.
The Body Has Always Been Speaking

When the Body Says No
Sometimes listening to the body brings uncomfortable messages. You might find you don't actually want to go to that party, that a relationship is draining you, or that work has pushed you past your limit. But it's precisely these uncomfortable truths where real healing begins.
